A note from me
It started with a choice to feel better.
On December 15, 2015, I let go of my skepticism and said yes to Thrive. I was an Army Health Educator and SFC/E-7 nearing retirement, and I was tired of feeling tired — exhaustion, inflammation, bloating, weight gain, sleepless nights.
A good friend suggested I investigate what had been working for her. What I found was a simple 3-step system that helped me age gracefully and rediscover the energy I thought was gone for good.
I retired from the Army on March 11, 2016 and stepped into this work full-time. Today I help women 50 and over make small, sustainable shifts that add up to real change.

You are never too oldto feel good in your own body.
Real food. Real movement. Real encouragement — for women 50 and beyond.
01 On stage
Here's what I help with
Small shifts that quietly add up
Better sleep
Fall asleep easier and wake up un-groggy, without counting sheep or counting meds.
More energy
Trade the 3pm crash for steady, manageable all-day energy that you can actually use.
Fewer aches
Ease the joints, the back, and the stiffness that's been quietly building for years.
A kinder weight
Work with your metabolism, not against it, so the scale finally starts to listen.

What makes this different
Real support, real answers, real community

Transparency
I share my own story — the skepticism, the struggles, and what actually changed — so you know exactly who you are learning from.

Personal guidance
I do not see customers as numbers. I check in, answer questions, and help you find the right routine for your body and your goals.

A supportive community
You will be welcomed into a private community of women cheering each other on with daily motivation and accountability.

A gentle invitation
Give your body thirty days to feel what feeling good feels like.
Not a diet. Not a detox. Thirty days on the same simple three-step system I've leaned on for more than ten years — a foundation of real nutrition and gut health that has worked for so many women, including me. You keep your life. We just give your body a fair chance to show you what it can still do.
Step one
Start the morning on purpose
Before the coffee, before the to-do list — give your body the nutrition it has been asking for so the day starts steady instead of dragging.
Step two
Feed your gut well
Gut health is the foundation of how you sleep, how you digest, and how you feel by 3pm. We keep it simple and doable, every single day.
Step three
Support yourself all day
Consistency through the whole day is what makes the difference — that's the part most people skip, and the part that changed everything for me.
Free to join. I'll walk the thirty days right alongside you.
